This includes damages caused by our equipment, personnel, or any other factor related to the service.
6.3. Driver's Responsibility: Following the completion of the wash service, it is the responsibility of the driver to thoroughly inspect the vehicle. The driver must sign a report provided by our wash service, confirming that the vehicle has been inspected and is in satisfactory condition.
6.4. Release of Liability: By utilizing our truck wash and stop service, the driver acknowledges and agrees that any damages occurring during the provision of the wash service or while the vehicle is parked are the sole responsibility of the driver or owner of the vehicle.
6.5. Insurance Coverage: We strongly recommend that drivers or vehicle owners maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect against any damages that may occur during the wash service or while the vehicle is parked.
6.6. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes regarding damages or the condition of the vehicle after the wash service, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation and mediation.
6.7. Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions may be modified at our discretion without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website or other appropriate channels.
6.8. Acceptance of Terms: By utilizing our truck wash and stop service, the driver acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
